xChanger.org is an e-currency exchange, that deals with the following payment processors:Â AlertPay, Solid Trust Pay (STP), Liberty Reserve (LR)Â GlobalDigital Pay (GDP) and PerfectMoney (PM). They exchange your money in any of the three available payment processors to another payment processor of your choice for a small fee.
The Exchanges are not done instantly due to security measures they have to verify with the payment processors if the funds sent are valid and non-fraudulent.LR exchanges should be done within 24 hours as they have a strict no-refund policy.
There are three membership levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold Level. The membership levels are in place for security reasons and to avoid fraudulent transactions. Once the user completed a few successful exchanges with xChanger.org the level will go up. It is to our sole discretion to decide after how many successful exchanges

October 15th, 2011 - 11:40 pmx changer.org is a very good exchanger, the only problem i had which may not be their, fault is the length of time it took for exchanges from Alert pay to Liberty reserve this took 10 days so if you want to send money to Liberty reserve with this option make sure you are not in any hurry or better still, contact Alert pay to see if this can be expedited.
I also found this out from other users apart from that, they are very good…

Just wanted to give a Great Shout out to x Changer for the Lighting Fast work they just completed for me…I requested about $750.00 to be removed from ST to STP yesterday and in a little less than 24 hours it has verified and placed in my account. I am very pleased with their service. With all the crook on the internet is is hard to trust anyone but I asked several people that have used them before and they all gave me a good recommendation. NOW I AM PASSING THIS ON TO ANYONE THAT NEED AN HONEST EXCHANGER…THANKS FOR THE SUPER SERVICE!!! VERY PLEASED….GERRY
